• DHV Code of Conduct

    Respect

Respect your fellow guild members, your fellow allies and your fellow players. Behind every character is a person, treat them with due courtesy.

    Honor

Honor is the evaluation of a persons trustworthiness. Values such as honesty, respect and integrity define a person as honorable. Act always with this in mind. A person's word should be binding and their actions a reflection of themselves.

    Pride

Whether you stand along side a fellow in battle, or harvest for resources alone, you carry the name of us all. Every action you make represents the guild as a whole. Remember where ever you go, you carry a banner for the values we represent. Do everything to the best of your ability.

    Comradeship

We are a guild gathered of like minded people. We share the same interests, we fight for a common goal. Remember the person at your side you may one day trust with your life. Act honorably towards him and expect the same in return. Together we stand and together we fall.

    DHV General Policy

    • Do not instigate an attack against our allies or those undeserving of an attack.
    • Do defend your self using all legitimate means.
    • Do free feel to engage our official enemies at your own risk.
    • Do not use, real world, racial slurs or other intentionally offensive insults. While smack talk and banter is part and parcel of any PvP game, remember behind the character is a person.
    • Do remember that you represent us all each time you engage in conversation and PvP. Fight within the constraints of the game.
    • Do not intentionally bait another player in order to attack them. There are plenty of enemies to go at, we do not need to turn a potential ally into and enemy.
    • Do deal with a player that is taking your loot or attempting to steal your kills, deal with him/her/it as needs be. As always though, do it with respect.
    • Do not cheat, exploit or use any third party application if it violates the TOS of the game.
    • Do not grief, harass or otherwise purposefully annoy another player, DHV isn't about that kind of behavior.
    • Understand that you are not the exception to the rules.
    • Do not argue or get into any flame wars on any forums. Simply put, we're above that.
    • Use common sense in your actions and statements. If this needs explaining, you're probably looking at the wrong guild to join.
